Y'all...got stuck on a high freeway bridge last night in 80mph winds. Lightning struck right nearby and I have never been in a sketchier driving situation in my life.

Got a "Tornado Warning, take cover immediately" warning...and 30 seconds later it all went dark. Insane.

We no longer get April and May showers we get these violent storms instead.

Glad you made it out ok, up on a freeway like that you really don't have anywhere to go. Can't get out of the car and crawl into a ditch.

My wife's main office in Houston is closed due to lack of power.

I understand we're expecting another round this evening
