Hello, my name is Jared - I've just started smoking cigars again after 15 years. My knowledge is very limited; however, I like more boutique type cigars including cigars from Drew Estate, Lars Tetans, etc.

I hang out at XO Cigars & Cigar Lounge, both in the San Fernando Valley.

I realized how much more there is to know about great cigars when I bumped into a real cigar aficionado today -- who turned me on to this site.

Welcome, Jared! I was born in Chatsworth and grew up in Simi. Now about 200 miles north of you in Clovis. Get your sled out, it's going to be a slippery slope from here on out.

There are 3 BOTLs that I know of that live in Chatsworth. Me included. I smoked at XO today. Did I meet you there? I think I did. You are the Web Designer guy right?

XO is OK but I prefer The Cigar Lounge.

Cigar Cowboy, that was me -- thanks for the tip. I was sure you knew what you were doing when you opened that craft-brew :)

The cigar lounge is pretty amazing.
