Finally that time of the year again. I'm a Yankee fan and I'm excited for there rotation. I will admit that I will miss AJ Burnett, if only for his shaving cream pie role for walk off wins. I think he ll do pretty good in Pitt, he still has filthy stuff. Ah, bring on spring training!

i did, the whole thing was a little confusing. you insulted him and gave him compliments in the same sentence.
Where was the insult? That I'm going to miss how he made the team a lot looser? Yeah, he sucked but I still think he's got good stuff. It's tough to make it in NY, that's why I think he ll do fine in Pitt.

BF, Knowing your history with your teams, it might be best for the Yankees for you to write them off now.
Hey, lay off! You'd of given up to if you saw the same thing I was seeing that particular game. Lol.

Shoot, I've seen the Yanks win 5 rings. I can die happy.

Sox pitchers and catchers reported the other day. I'm pumped for the new season. Sox still have some moves to make, I think. I'm interested to see how Bard functions in the rotation.

I'm happy to see Wakefield retire. 200 wins, most innings pitched by a Red Sox pitcher, and a complete selfless and team player. Not too many players like him around anymore. Sad to see him go, but happy he retired as a red sox. Makes me curious as to what 'Tek does. I'm hoping he retires and the sox offer him work coaching with the catchers and pitchers. His mastery and control of the game is pretty much unrivaled by any other catcher.

I catch a ton of sox games because my roomie is a huge fan and orders mlb extra innings each season. i think they are going to have a tough year pitching wise.

It depends on how they bounce back. They're pitching was god awful last year, some thanks to fat ass Lackey who is having Tommy John surgery. Thank god that fat bastard isn't pitching. He can eat popeyes and drink bud light all he wants during games now.

Dice K should be back, but how good? I think if he starts good the sox may try and dump him. He's not worth keeping any longer IMO.

Go A's, even though billy bean sold off all of our pitching, which is fine but then why spend all that money on an unproven cuban player and manny that can only play 2/3 of the season.

Not looking forward to the baseball season at all.:argh:

The Mariners ownership has no interest in winning a championship. So I'm done with them until they sell off the team.

Cant believe it. They complained for years about pitching and then trade Fister to the Tigers and Pineada to the Yanks:hanghead:
