Caramel, chocolate, graham cracker, cinnamon and fruit....pretty much just described a banana split...

I would have to say that the cinnamon and graham cracker flavors are the ones that get me excited the most. The first Tat TAA I smoked really got my attention, instantly started looking for a box

I usually can't pick out individual flavors. But the ones I have found and enjoyed were caramel, coffee, walnut, and that smooth creamy taste.
Nuts and pepper are the only ones I can always identify. Other than that, it's usually a guess. I'm smoking an 09 Liberty right now, and I can't identify anything specific, but it's great :)

I like a variety, but if I had to choose one combination, it would be dark chocolate + caramel + zero harsh/acrid/peppery flavors/aromas. Besides those, I also like fruity flavors, floral aromas, savory/meaty flavors (but not so strong that they get smoky/acrid), and rum / cognac.

recently i have become a fan of the signature musk that comes out of most blends Kelner has his hand in.

Marzipan was a great flavor and quite a suprise from a cigar. That general earthy creaminess is also very enjoyable.

After reading all these my final answer is what FreeBird says... it depends on my mood, ill read the posts and think 'mmm a nice spicy smoke sounds good right now" or "Dark chocolate, good call" so I guess it just depends on what I want and when.

I love cinnamon in cigars. It's fairly rare, but a nice warm cinnamon is wonderful. I also like maple syrup type flavors (I get that on the T52).

Beyond that, of course I love chocolate, cream, cocoa, cedar, wood, earth, pepper, etc. When I'm in the mood, I love dried fruit as well (RASS, LFDs, Edge Sumatra, etc), but I need to be in the mood for that specifically.

Wait, what Aherzing said! For the flavors you describe, individually or in concert, what are the cigars that provided those to you? I like pepper zing (and I can't remember which cigars provided that-- it was before I started keeping a log-- One of the Rocky Patels was really zingy, and it might have been the budget Puro Cubano line, actually) and mocha/coffee flavors (with the Camacho Corojo LE 08/22 being a good candidate here, as well as the Tatuaje Anarchy). But, hey! I wanna try the salted caramel! And the... horseblanket?

We all have specific things that we look for in our cigars, either conscious or subconscious. One of those things, obviously, is flavor. There are specific flavors that "turn us on" when we read them in a review, be it leather, bread, salt, honey, caramel, tobacco, etc, etc, etc.

What is that one flavor that just sits right inside your wheelhouse?
Definitely caramel, followed by toasted nuts, especially walnuts.. :D
