Hey guys, been a while since I've been here. Missed you guys!
Anyway, when I was here last, my wife and I were expecting a little one, and during that time he arrived! My wife went through a hell of a time with the delivery, they had to induce her 3 weeks early because of elevated protein levels, which put her in what turned out to be in essence a 5 day labor. After she went through that hell, they decided that her body just wasn't going to do what it needed to, and a C-section was put onto the table for us to choose. Since my wife had been asking for one for 5 days, or course she jumped at the opportunity for the labor to end. 1 hour later, she gave birth to our beautiful baby boy, Gabe, at 7lbs and 20 1/2 inches.
We had to stay in the hospital another 2 days, making it a full 7 days, before we could finally head home. My wife was pumped with so many fluids that in 5 days she gained over 25lbs. I only thought she was a strong woman before, during those days she more than proved it. Here are a couple pics of him, he's now 3 months old.
