Man, what started out as a small humidor and about 20 sticks in January has grown to, what my wife considers, a serious problem! Now I have a major lancero habit, a Wineador with 200+ sticks and about 30 more lanceros (thanks Atlantic ;)) on the way. Is this normal to become this obsessed so quickly? Should I seek help? Or is BOTL support my best option???

I'm loving it by the way, but any advice is appreciated.

Thx..

I am currently looking into a bigger storage solution because I am starting to amass a decent stash. Hanging out here does not help in my experience. I also went on a small lancero run last week. Got some Cain F and some Tat Black. Good luck to you.

I used to wonder why some people had lavish wine collections with more bottles than they could drink in a year....then I started with cigars..

Just make sure you can afford them, then enjoy.

we call it a slippery slope, not a gentle stroll. o)

just make sure the real world is taken care of, get the bills rocked and look out for the family, and after that, i don't see a problem.

I try to keep 20 sticks in the humi. Anything else is overkill. :)

As long as your not running into to debt issues I say enjoy. If you start doing it on the DL and taking money from other places then you have a problem.

Do you feel like you have a problem?

Thanks guys, I'm good to go on the home front. Just can't wait for winter to be over. Can't wait to hit the Lanceros hard on the deck or in the driveway this summer. Gonna be over the top! Had a box of V's unopened until tonight. Had to take the wrapper off and give em a sniff. Glad I did, got one in my hand right now! Thx again.
One question, I bought a coffin of Old Man and the C Tat Black. Anyone have a good experience with the culebera(sp?) or is it just gonna be a conversation piece?

haha, talk to me when you start construction of a smoking shack in your yard...

As others have said, as long as you're within your financial means to do so, have at er.
For the old man and the c, we smoked those at the herf this summer and I really enjoyed it. I've always found I enjoy a culebra much more when I share it with fellow botls, but then again you could say that about pretty much any cigar.

Yeah, it shouldn't be hard to find 2 bros that enjoy cigars as much as I do.
I have converted some of my garage into a relaxing place to kick back and have been doing research on walk-ins, but mostly just to enjoy some of the pics.

The curly is better than the lancero in the Old Man box, imo. More flavor. The culebras burn great - I was surprised. They are also fun to smoke.

It's also a conversation piece...even if you smoke it alone (Ask self: "How do they get this thing to burn so nicely?") :)

Thanks for the good words guys. I didn't want to give the impression that I'm 'in too deep'. My wife doesn't really mind, just shakes her head and goes on her way. She has the same obsession with the gym. I like mine better.
