Had some Penzance earlier in my little Dunhill Amber Root 1101. Trying to decide on what's next and i'm thinking it might be some C&D Haunted Bookshop in my Peterson Christmas 2012.

I don't keep too many aeromatic blends on hand, but I opened a jar of Boswell's Bear Blend tonight. Seemed to fit my mood for something mild and mellow.

Shared a few bowls of 1Q this afternoon with friends at disc golf. Came home and smoked a bowl of Davidoff Royalty later too, still good stuff. I split an order with a friend who I introduced to pipe smoking as well and I have 2oz of Habana Daydream, 2oz of Carter Hall and 2oz of Stokkebye Mango on the way. Looking forward to trying new blends. Would you veterans recommend I pick up a briar pipe in addition to my MM corncob? Would it improve my experience?

Smokers Haven Exotique in my Brigham Mountaineer. When dried to a crisp, this blend hits on all cylinders.

It's great. Smokingpipes.com sums it up well, comes across as a 50/50 sweet VA/Aromatic blend...

The rum is barely noticeable to me. Is that how it was to you too? Love that stuff. I dry mine to a crisp overnight.

GL Pease Cumberland from an'09 tin in a cob. First taste of this all US tobacco blend (Kentucky/Virginia/Perique) & I really like it.

Yea...Didn't notice it at all but maybe that's what gave it that bit of sweetness.
