I'm sorry I hadn't seen this group before, I've poked around a little today and am really happy I stumbled across this site.
My name is Paul and I'm from Long Island New York. My first cigar was on a fishing trip in high school but it was only a now and then thing. Only on special occasions would I have the opportunity to enjoy a cigar for much of the next 20 years. When my son was born in 2010 I took up regularly smoking cigars and love every minute of it! I have a nice collection of cigars from Joya de Nicaragua which is one of my all time favorites to Diesel Shorty's, also a favorite. Liga Undercrown is also one of my regular smokes.
I have a collection of rare and unusual firearms from mostly the 20th century that I try to take to the range but don't get to as often as I 'd like to.
My wife and I enjoy taking cruises out of NYC to the Caribbean. It's a lot of fun and the longer trip on the ship adds to the experience. These things are like 4 star hotels!
The weather in New York is beginning to get on my nerves!
Sadly I do watch American Idol but I'm in another online forum to try to resolve that. Person of Interest, Shark Tank and Grimm are my weekly TV favorites. Though Last Man Standing with Tim Allen is right up there as well.
Most of my cigar smoking takes place to and from work because I'm not allowed to smoke in the house. The weather has prevented me from smoking outside at home so... the car it is.
I'm looking forward to meeting like minded BOTL and hope to be able to contribute something to this community.
