Mixed fruit smoothie with noni and chia seeds... Antioxidant city.
Good for you, Sean. I did my breakfast smoothie a little different then yours. Unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, whole apple (core & seeds), handful of spinach, baby carrots, chia seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, organic brown rice protein, carob powder (allergic to chocolate), a little coconut palm sugar for sweetness, and a few bitter apricot kernels for cancer killing B-17. Tasted like a chocolate/blueberry milk shake. Some mornings I do treat myself to organic free range eggs with nitrate free bacon, or gluten free pancakes (Hogson Mill) with fresh country sausage (no nitrates or preservatives).
