This year has been a big year for me. I got married in June, quit smoking cigarettes in August, and Friday, became a homeowner. After all the stress of looking, getting my loan cleared, financing falling through, then fast tracking a loan in 4 days, it has finally happened. Knox (the dog), my wife, and I hung out this morning on our tiny deck while I enjoyed an Epernay, courtesy of KK33. I couldn't be happier.
