I have a feeling the way the cigars are boxed there will be some damaged cigars heading people's way. They are way too loose in there... Packaging shouldn't be an afterthought.

That's incredibly odd, there shouldn't be a spacing issue. If you have damaged pigtails/cigars, email me kyle@warpedcigars.com and I would be happy to replace them!

Packaging was not an afterthought, in any case. The boxes fit perfectly, but with any handmade item, you may come across some inconsistencies. This is a problem I have to take up with our box factory, and I will let them know immediately.
