Tonight, in light of DE being sold to Swisher, I'm smoking their newest release - my first Hererra Esteli Norteno. It's ok, but a little flat and there's a twinge of bitterness. Wondering if I should have given it a little more rest. Will try again in a month or so, I can tell there's greatness underneath all... hints of great flavor seem to be lurking under the surface!
