Sorry if this has been posted over here already, but a friend of mine (Mike Meadows) is going through a tough time with his kid's health and medical bills. A bunch of us donated a ton of items to be auctioned off through an Instagram account.
There's some mighty fine cigars being sold over there including a bunch of Dress Boxes, a ton of HTF Tat and Ligas, heck there's even an unreleased Jekyll ST lighter that was donated by Pete Johnson.

This is a fundraiser to help Harper Meadows and her parents with the cost associated with the fight against West syndrome & infant epilepsy
Harper Meadows is a beautiful one year old baby girl who was diagnosed with west syndrome/ infantile spasms, which a a rare form of Epilepsy. In June Harper started experiencing seizures as many as 100-150 a day. Her EEG shows a very high voltage disorganized pattern called hypsarrhythmia. This means she had no "Normal" brain activity. She is currently being treated at Duke Children's Hospital and has not been given a definite diagnosis nor prognosis as this is a very rare disease. Harper and her parents have been making 2-3 trips to Duke Research Hospital per month. She is being treated with a very costly drug called ACTH. This medicine is given in the form of injections twice daily in her muscle that are to reset her brain activity and stop the seizures. The Dr.s have said that every seizure is like a stroke to her brain so they want them stopped as soon as possible to avoid more damage to the brain. Although they do have medical insurance their medical bills are still piling up due to being hospitalized multiple times and the ongoing visits to Duke, and as of January their huge deductible starts all over again. This fundraiser will help pay their medical expenses, travel expenses and anything else that Harper needs. It could be some time before they have a prognosis so we don't know what her future needs will be. Any contributions will help to lessen their financial stress and will be much appreciated.
