Smoking an illusione Rothchildes thank you to
@javajunkie . This cigar has a beautiful look and feel. Cut it with a V cutter, the pre draw was slightly floral with hints of leather and cocoa. The burn is slightly off with a sit down catch up. Burn is slow and gives off nice white smoke.
For me the flavors are complex and for sure not single. Has cocoa to smooth hot chocolate flavors the first 1/2 retro was floral slight fruity with a ending of pepper. The second 1/2 was filled with leather and pepper on the retro and a creamy cocoa chocolate finish. Don't like to talk much of the grassy earthy part of cigars and this has some very mild earthy flavors through out the cigar. This cigar may be small to some but burns slow and smokes even longer then some Churchill's that I have smoked. Wonderful complex cigar and could easily be a daily goto. To me the start of this cigar was mild however the more I smoke the cigar it transfers into a full strength med flavored cigar with wonderful flavor profiles. If my local B&M carried these I would easy grab one of these over most other top shelf cigars I have smoked before. Love this cigar
Thank you for the wonderful treat JJ
