Hey everyone, just dropping in to say hi.
I'm new to cigars (about 3 months) and was on another forum that is now dark. Well, I have no time for that and found this site.
So far it seems pretty great, and also seems to be full of familiar "faces" from that other forum.
I look forward to being a member of this forum, and hopefully sharing in a smoke with some of my fellow S/BOTL!

I forgot to add a few details about myself (read the new BOTL post late).
In addition to being new here and to cigars, I have been married for 5 years to a pretty awesome lady who teaches Pilates and Yoga. We have an 11 year old Golden Retriever named Sam, but he goes by Sir Samuel, Fatso, Old Man, Fun Fighter and The Chaperone to name a few. We hope to expand our family in the next year or so as well. In the meantime, it's fun trying to make that happen

During the day I'm a middle school teacher here in Philadelphia. There are some tough days, but I really like what I do and I hope that it one day makes a difference in the lives of my students.
There is a B&M on my block and I enjoy hanging there when I have time. Usually 2x a week or so.
I'm a US Marine (once a Marine, always a Marine) and received my discharge from the reserves in 2002.
Hobbies? Cigars, playing guitar, surfing, snowboarding, riding my bike around the city, reading, going to Phish concerts, going to other concerts, vinyl records, music, traveling, and doing my best to make life enjoyable!
