I'm sorry, I meant not to return to this argument, but I can't let this go; CI didn't simply neglect to say, "Hey, this is crap...", they billed this "tobacco confetti" as a "premium" cigar (that is until our discussion, when they altered their ad) and unsuspecting buyers purchased that trash based on their false representation of their "product"! Furthermore, does it matter why Brian was prompted to examine it? If it was shit when he opened it, it was shit, no matter who checked it, or why! Really now, doesn't a retailer's word mean anything when we go to buy their product? I wouldn't care about all this except I've been their customer for several years and I don't care to be misled about the sticks I buy. Granted, "Los Blancos" are budget smokes, but a great many of us are shopping that arena. Don't we deserve the truth?
