D/FW. Mesquite to be specific.
Cigars is obviously one we all probably share.

I enjoy reading a book
Digging for new music
Getting in my car and just driving around with my music blasting which is one of the reason I've been interested in a motorcycle
I wish I had a house to try out some of the cool things some of you guys do.

Share what yall do!

I sit back in the garage with a cigar, my blue tooth speaker and a drink. Then I either shoot the shit with the brothers here or throw darts.
When it gets really bad I do home improvement projects.

I need a dartboard for the man room.

I have a lot of stress in my life - I'm a branch manager, and I have five kids. So my way of dealing with stress is just to switch it up a lot. I usually make breakfast, and I work 3 minutes from home, so I come home every day and make lunch for everyone, then shoot back to work, then come home and do whatever I can to help until kids are in bed.

I have so much back and forth with zero time to switch gears, so I don't usually deal with stress , I just focus in whatever the next thing is.

I try to get at least one smoke in a week, two if I'm lucky, and I usually feel pretty refreshed after a couple hours of smoking and reading/watching something/chatting with my wife or a buddy.

Cigars, alcohol, and Golf. Usually all at the same time.
Edit: Nah, ALWAYS at the same time. Lol
I'm fortunate. With my schedule at work, I may work 12 hour shifts, but I only work 14 days out of the month. I usually get 4-600 hours overtime a year, but I still have plenty of time for around 60 rounds a year.
Include jacking around with you yahoos, plus going to the range to shoot, and my stress usually is kept at bay.

If I really need to blow off steam, I go shooting.

I've also been getting back in the gym recently - while I don't feel like I get good workouts when I'm stressed, I feel like working out (at least somewhat regularly) helps me better manage stress that comes my way when I'm not in the gym... I also find it helps to stay busy with just about anything. It's much easier to let it roll off your shoulders when there's something better to focus on.

Darts, now there is a blast from my past. Before I got married, I shot darts seven days a week. Played in many leagues at the same time. Got engaged to a woman that was way out of my league, and start having problems with guys in the bars hitting on her. That's when we decided to quit the bar scene all together, even the dart bars. That was 21 years ago. Would love to pick it up again. Used to shoot 9 dart 301 games on a regular basis. Not shabby

I can never seem to get my buddies to go out there and play. So I play around the world a lot. Really helps with accuracy.
But it is getting to backyard bbq weather so they will come over and drink beer and play horse shoes. They gave me 7 kinds of hell when they helped me dig the pits but are glad they did now.

If we lived closer together. I'd be over there all the time. Lol
I love horseshoes as well. Not near as good at it though

A cigar always makes things better. Besides that music and a bourbon help relax me and take my mind off whatever is stressing me. A good book is always a nice retreat, but I have a hard time finding books that truly pull me in - let me give a really strong recommendation for most stuff by Don Winslow right here.

And like you Spanks, driving and blasting music is another one that really helps. There is just something about driving by yourself, jamming and singing along (as bad as it may be).
