Agree 100%, Joe. I'm sure they are great smokes, but $16 a pop is just too much. You're getting into rarefied air up there when you cross the $15 mark.

I have smoked a few La Colmena Amado and the Flor Del Valle Cristalas and both have been excellent. But these are higher than I am willing to pay. I am sure they are likely stellar smokes. I'm out.

These are incredible. I smoked one last week. Well worth the price. Especially with the discount. If you like la Colmena, specifically the unico especial, you will love these.

But these are made in Miami, not the third world. I'm not a big fan of $10+ cigars, but these are an easy exception in my book.

I was just thinking, isn't the novelty of a custom roll that you can tell the roller exactly what you want and you get it right then and there? Unless I'm missing something here, how is the custom roll moniker justified?

I used to think La Colmenas were too expensive, until I tried them. Totally worth it! Definitely not an everyday smoke but an awesome treat.
It is my personal standard for an exceptional light to medium-bodied smoke. Great flavor, aroma, and construction. Unique and delicious.
