Was it good? I have a box due in on Friday.

Not bad but not for me, deep earthy flavors and lots of black pepper. The second half was much better than the first half. To be fair, I smoked it outside in 105º heat so I am not sure that jacked my palette up a bit...

I've been wanting to try LFD for a little while now. On the various internet cigar forums, a number of people mentioned the desirability of "the old flower band" LFDs. Luckily for me, a local B&M has quite a few of these flower banded LFDs, all with very yellow cello, sitting right next to the new script-letter banded LFDs (they also have a bunch of pre-rebranding Camachos). Is this a good find? How old is this stick? 7-8 years?

Also, the aroma coming off the foot and wrapper is so ridiculously spicy that I'm almost scared to light this bad boy up.
