I'm stocked on Party for the moment. Would love to try the HUHC. Maybe next box.

I collect in the sense that I am currently in the accumulation phase. I don't keep them for the sake of keeping them, they're for smoking... but I am accumulating them.

Just started accumulating about 2 months ago. I bought 5 CC boxes but it was for a split, I kept 5 of each. I smoke only 2 cigars a week (3 at most). In winter that number will go down to 1-2 per month. As far as CC's, I think I've had maybe 3 or 4 total sticks so far. Still tasting things to see what I like. I plan on buying more. I want a couple more boxes with special dates but we'll see. It's easy to go down the worm hole.

Been smoking cigars for about 8 months now. Started accumulating CC about 4 months ago. I've got about 15 boxes so far, with 6-7 more currently in transit. I smoke 3-5 a week, mostly NC. Maybe 2-3 CC a month, but I've been trying to increase that ratio since I have more CC than I have NC at this point. Also since most of my CC stuff is '14/'15 stuff, I want them to age a bit more before I get into them.

I started slow with a box of Monte #4's, only a 10 count and fairly cheap. Vendor seemed good. Then proceeded to buy a box of HUHC, which once received and after smoking just one of them, I proceeded to order another box of HUHCs (uh oh). Getting ready to purchase 3-4 boxes of various smokes, thinking BBF or Boli RC, HdM Epi 2, HU Connie 1, and possibly something else. I still have a bunch of singles of smokes I haven't had yet that I want to try (punch punch, HdM Epi Especiale, PSD4, HU Mag46, Q'dorsay, RASS (first one I had I didn't care for). Might buy a box of one of those if they taste special. My drawers/shelves from John are coming at the end of the month and I need to fill it!!!!!

I would definitely try it out first before buying a box. I know a few, myself included, that prefer most other CC profiles.

I started a few months ago with NCs, but since I got the bug, I've been all-Cuban, all the time. The flavor profile range -- when they are good -- is unbeatable to me. I've got a few hundred NC sticks that don't seem nearly as interesting any more. I'm keeping and aging the Fuentes, Davidoffs, Avos, La Auroras, and Padrons (just in case)... but the rest of them just don't seem worth it anymore. Maybe it's just a phase?

I've been able to get ~20 boxes in the last few months. I've got about 10 more in-bound. Got to get the aging clock started on a bunch of leaf ASAP so I have some good stuff in the decade to come! This was my strategy many years ago when I started smoking pipe tobacco, and it really paid off.

I've been there, where sticks I'd previously loved (and stashed a few away) just weren't special to me anymore. The good news, is that I've found more and more that I tend to come back to them after some time, and appreciate smoking something that I havn't had in a while. Variety, brother!
