What type of cutter should I get?

Hey guys, so I've been smoking cigars for about 2 weeks now and the interest in cigars is just growing. I bought a cheap little v cutter to start with but now it's time to get a proper cutter, I borrowed my cousins good guillotine because mine wasn't cutting it. Now I have to make the choice do I want a guillotine cutter, a v cutter, a cigar punch, or cigar scissors. Could o get some recommendations of which way I should go and maybe suggestions on which exact cutter I should buy. I'm looking to spend up to $25USD.

Frankly, I need more than 1 style. I like the Perfecto style from Cuban Cutters best. Amazon has it for ~$18. A regular guillotine style is a good choice along with a punch - this should be all you need to get started. Haven't bought a V cut yet, but could be handy.

You'll find that several cutters and a punch will come in handy, I use a Colibri V-Cutter most of the time, I also have a straight cutter for Belicoso's, Pyramids, Torpedos, and Perfectos. V-cutters work on straight cigars, a punch also works on straight cigars. You'll find that different cigars work better with a punch, or a V cutter. I would start with a good cutter or punch, but expect to get others. It is easy to attach a punch to a key ring and keep it in your pocket, carrying a v-cutter gets heavy and also is large in your pocket. V cut is great on torpedoes etc. too.

Yea I was thinking about getting a key chain punch to keep with my keys because I do smoke cigars when I'm out at a buddies house. But is a $10 punch any good?
