I got two apology e-mails from them. I'm still waiting on a shipping notice for an order I placed last Friday.
They knocked off the shipping charge on mine. It was a small order from P&C. So, a $20 card would have eaten their profit.
I e-mailed and bot no response. I finally called and talked to someone. That is when they knocked off the shipping.
I got a tin of warhorse for like 2 bucks more than shipping was going to cost for the free shipping It's not that big of a deal, I'm not in desperate need of the baccy I ordered or anything. It's just annoying, if you knew you had a problem and a big sale coming, maybe just mention shipping may be delayed. OR even offer free shipping to people who are willing to have their purchase shipped 5 days from now instead of right now.
