The only thing I'll order from them now is Russ's Fire Storm. That is my favorite blend. Everything else will be from another supplier.
I guess I only deal with them because of the price

Only beef I've had is their packing methods. Dented tins etc, but they've always made it right. Got some good deals so not worried if it takes longer. Not end of world.

New inventory system has messed them up and they are still trying to recover and sort it out. They said a few days ago they had it working but it appears the new system/software is still not working. I want to place an order because they have some stuff on sale I want but I'm not ordering until they can not lose orders.
