I didn't see the video but thats Sf6. Its used in the high voltage power supply industry as an insulating gas. We use to make 1,000,000 volt power supplies and use that gas as the insulator instead of oil. Its very heavy and the danger was that if you were doing work in the pressure vessel that housed the power supply you had to be very careful all the gas was gone because it would put you to sleep and then sufficate you.

definately a valid concern...I was considering doing the second demo with the 'floating' aluminum boat, and not actually huffing it!:yes:

Except for peripheral neuropathies that sometimes develop from chronic use, nitrous oxide is relatively safe. I can't even begin to count the number of boxes of ISIs that we killed in my college days.
