Might just be that it's a change of pace, but this is the best tasting cigar I've had since…well since the maestro del tiempo Wednesday… but after that this is the best cigar I've had in weeks! And a Connecticut wrapper, no less!

It's probably the change up. NC Maduro seems to have a pleasant but repetitive flavor.
