How so? I was looking into this one for when I make my first Old Fashioned and I heard that it punches below it's weight class. Although taking a closer look at your picture I can see why it might've kicked your ass lol, that's one generous pour.

2nd go with this one last night. Definitely a different story than the first go. Was getting a very ingesting herbal/vegetal about halfway through the the finish. Closest I can compare it too is Willet Pot Still but that is more hay/grassy to me. This is greener.

I’ll drink some Willett in your honor. Just scored a bottle from my shop, they had a case available apparently. Mines 106.6 proof. Great stuff I must say. I first tried Their Family Estate Small Batch Rye as a sample from @erjaq. Pretty decent finish and mouthfeel too. Looking forward to seeing how it develops
