Had Crawfish in Isleton, CA, & Louisana, it was not something I would walk across the street for for free. Maybe it was not too my liking because it was never made right.
I like their bigger saltwater relatives Lobster with or without the claws. Both versions are mucho better IMHO.

@ChuckMejia, I don’t have a recipe as my neighbor puts the whole thing on for the neighborhood. So freaking good though! Also, there are a ton of YouTube videos on the subject. I believe the rule is you want the videos from the people you can barely understand as they are deep Cajun. Hahaha
