I will have to get some of that glue. I just finished that cigar and have to say, i wasnt a fan at all. Ill try another one in few months but the flavor profile wasnt my cup of tea
Sucks that you didn’t like it. I always try my smokes rott just to gauge where the blend of the cigar is at. And I don’t mind experimenting with one cigar out of a box.

That’s just how I do things tho. Some older folk will have different ideas of how to approach a new box. To each their own!

Which Trinidad box did you get? Vigia?

But hey, I’m not here to press your button nacho, so chill. It’s too easy.

You just seem to get your panties in a bunch over what someone else does with cigars they purchase with their money and not yours. Remember, everyone’s palate is different.

I’m heading to fedex at the airport to pick up a package I’ll burn one ROTT to see how they are and post my thoughts.

Time in transit 3 days, 12 hours spent overnight at their facility. Stupid signature requirement.

Maybe they vacusealed them with a 69% Boveda for your dining pleasure Chuck
Nah bro... I don’t know why bovedas haven’t been used by some casas... so inexpensive and for an unguaranteed shipment I figured they would at least throw one in so that customs agents don’t get dry cigars when they take them home

Picking a 54 out of the box

Construction feels nice not too soft not too stiff.

Draw is solid, no milkshake feel that @Glassman always complains about

Initial light has some great floral notes typical of the Upmann line. Burn is great. Retro is solid. Some slight funk in the back that shows some youth.

No boveda in the box.

Hope nobody is offended by my ROTT smoking habits

A solid $10 cigar

AH.........Bela Fleck and the Flecktones
Ahhhhh... Bela Fleck and Wooten at the first Bonnaroo...
As a former bass player, I must tell you that I freaking love Victor Wooten! He was the bass player in the Flecktones and he is, hands down, my favorite bass player (followed closely by Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, and Stanley Clarke) of all time. One year for Christmas, my wife used her connections and was able to set up some time for me to hang out with Victor in Nashville. One of the nicest, most genuine, and graceful human beings I have ever met.

My thoughts upon reading this: " You're just making shit up."

But then...

Really? You were serious? Never even heard of these people. Is this an Ozark/Hillbilly sort of thing?;)
Bella and the Flecktones are not my style but Victor Wooten is the freaking man. He’s played in MANY different genres.

Well, I don't listen to music very often. Probably average about 30 minutes a month total, if you include time in the truck... So I doubt Victor would be real broken up about me never hearing of him, LOL.

I just couldn't resist giving you all crap. :)

I think I showed great restraint with the autoerotic Turkey thing.:ROFLMAO:
