Basically, you need to be in the right place at the right time. Sign up for the online vendors e-mail notification systems when the specific tobaccos you want are back in stock. And check your e-mails often, be ready to jump when the notification pops up. Of course, when your funds allow too. Most of it I seen, sells out in a matter of minutes. And sometimes local shops get a small amount of the HTF blends too. It comes down to luck.
Local B&M. Online sells out in minutes. I just stop every time I go to work since it is kind of on the way. I have only seen Penzance 1 time and I grabbed that bag fast and it was the only one they had. I can always try to grab some for you but I never know what they may have at the time.

I chased it when I first started piping. Bought a bunch of bags at premium prices. Not worth it. I’ve got full mason jars of few blends that I just never reach for. Scarcity doesn’t make any tobacco better.
