On my way back cross country, I stopped by to see Rodger Jacobs (aka FirstWarrior) beside Grandfather Mountain. We talked and burnt a couple and I bunked in his shop. We got to jonesing for MarcL's nifty little cutter. Well, last week Rodger sent me a copy of his memoirs and one of these cutters with spare blades. Haven't tried it yet; but looks handy. Just eight bucks and a half at Amazon.

Yes, the bottom blade/plate needs turning as it has 2 sizes and its set to the small size right now, need to turn it to the large

That looks like it's in pretty good shape. Good find! I've got one just like it but my cutter needs to be cleaned up and oiled.
