Ah, yes. The Choix Supreme. That enigmatic robusto that some of us love, some of us hate, but all of us give a moment of hesitation before speaking it aloud in public fearing that people will think we’re stupid. I do it too, and I usually get some crazy look and have to explain why I say it that way. I’ve heard many different pronunciations by dozens of people, and the only thing they have in common is that nobody is confident that they are saying it right.
