Robert plant recommends this Elvis Taylor !The looks are what sold me. The fretboard and frets need some sanding but it sounds pretty decent. The action is not bad at all. I need to put some good strings on it to see if that improves the sound at all but this will hold me over until I can afford something like a Taylor
Sweet rigs!!My custom molded Vibe9 in-ear monitors, my 2017 Fender America professional Shawbucker Tele deluxe, my custom barnwood tele with vintage broadcaster pickup, and my line 6 helix.

Yeah, Brewie. That low E is off on that stock one. The black was a good choice ! Adds some contrast.Did my first nut job a little bit back on my Squier strat. The factory nut was way off I discovered during the process and the Tusq nut has rock solid tuning stability.
The spacing was all off on the factory nut. The new one lines up perfectlynice! That spacing is a little different. does it line up with the bridge?.. I saw this nut replacement to a hand carved antler. I think I might put one on the acoustic.
Yep. My experience was the same. Just matched overall height with the pulloff part. The spacing was all off on the factory nut. The new one lines up perfectly
That thing is damn slick. I’m a sucker for a burst finishYep. My experience was the same. Just matched overall height with the pulloff part.
Here's the Hollowbody I wound up with after returning the horrific Oscar Schmidt.
It's an upgrade across the board. I still upgraded the nut to Tusq
Guess it's time to put the truss rod cover back on.
