Couple pours of the EC Barrel Proof B519. Different nights can be crazy for the palate. I was drinking the A119 neat recently, but needed a cube for the B519 last night.

I likey. The nose was quite potent for 117 Proof and definitely benefited with some time sitting on the counter. But once sipped the bouquet really opened up and it was quite savory.
