Hated this when I cracked it open. Almost 2 months later now and it’s completely different. Fruity on the nose, creamy body full flavor easy drinker. Unique bourbon, now I don’t regret buying it.
It wasn’t as hot as the other bottle I had so enjoyed it very much.@Palama , Happy Retirement! How is that 18 proof Blanton's? Wow!
Cracked two new bottles myself last night, no good reason, I've been retired over 3 years.

I think I like CYPB over the Weller 12. Too bad they’re so hard to find and when you do it’s 10x msrp

Yesterday’s lineup. ECBP B517 & B519. Found the latter to be a touch sweeter. That David Nicholson is some good stuff as well. I find the OF 1897 so crushable, always.

Cracked my "Beaten Biscuits" batch tonight, Started neat, opened up with a couple drops of water. Definitely my least favorite of the 2019 batches. That being said, it's still better (for my palate) than 80% of the other bourbons on my bar.
