That's the one. Worth the trip out to Elmhurst. I mean, you can get a beef anywhere, but there's only one Johnnie's.

They are still open, I work at a pizza place not to far from their. Sadly Mr. Beef sold owners a few years ago and no longer is the same. They changed the whole cook line and the quality of food has gone down.

Mr beef brings back find memories. Wow. Haven't heard that name in a while. Used to go with my grandpa as a kid for a beef fry and a coke. Those were the days.
