Also I have pretty big collection from back in the day when my brother and I bought and sold stogs via auction to pay for the habbit, and to try new smokes as well. The real question is why am I up at three in the morning? And has anybody noticed that I am logged on to this thread 24/7, so Im always number 1 on the list. It goes with my god complex thing! J/k Im just a lazy ass, I mean I have enough to remember without havin to remember my passwords! I must be delerious.

Looks like a deeper version of the thread I just posted in. I handle marketing and PR for a small training software company in Largo FL. In my (spare?) time I coach football for the Countryside Jr Cougars, and am a fantasy sports writer. I've been published on CBS Sportsline, NFL.com, MLB.com, TalentedMrRoto.com and FantasySharks.com. I also do some small market radio and was the guest analyst with the Fabulous Sports Babe on 620 WDAE here in Tampa the Friday before the NFL draft.

I have four kids, divorced and not remarrying until I find a woman who won't bitch at me for all the cigars I buy, trade and otherwise acquire. Am a big Buccaneers fan, (did I mention I am a football maniac?) and have season tix to the USF Bulls.

I am also a internet junkie, since most of my daytime is spent on the net, buying advertising and such. I play World of Warcraft, America's Army and of course tons and tons of fantasy baseball and football. I do a lot of expert leagues and every once in awhile can be found in some of the magazines you buy at the newstands as one of the contributing experts. I sing a little karaoke once I've downed a tequila or ten, and generally like to rouse the rabble when I get a chance.

28 year old sahm. Snagged Cigar Jack about 8 1/2 year ago and we both started in with cigars when we were vacationing in the DR. Don't ask me how long ago that was, we have 3 kids. That kind of information has been designated to the 'not immediately available' department as there are other things more important, like making sure the 16 month old isn't in the toilet, and the 3 year old isn't helping him in. In the little spare time that I have, I like to play computer games, read, do 'artsy' kind of stuff, as well as work outside, and practice Mexican kitten juggling. I hope to some day graduate to full grown cat's and enter the sport as an official Olympic event.... :waving:

OK, it’s my turn…I can believe I read all 26 pages.

I am 49 years old, married for the last 25+ years, two kids (daughter 22, son 17), and one dog (Rottweiler).

Currently live in PA, after having been in VA for 14 years as a State Game Warden. While in VA, besides being a field officer, I was also a firearms instructor, defensive tactics instructor, police academy instructor, SWAT (local PD), State Drug Task Force, etc. Been there and done that was my motto. Before that, I worked at an oil company in NJ.

Hobbies included hunting, fishing, firearms, edged weapons, camping, hiking, cooking, landscaping, music, antiquing, spending time with wife and family, etc….. And of course smoking cigars!

Oh yeah, BIG Yankees fan!

Glad to meet all of you!

I can't believe you read all 26 pages either but it is interesting. We'll forgive that "Yankee" issue you suffer from J/K. Nice write up. Are you still working as a field officer?

Alright, I did not read all the pages in this thread

I am 53, married to a wonderful woman who tolerates all my hobbies. I am an Exeutive with a Health Services company that works nationwide with hospitals, doctors and other providers. We have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

I am into many things but mostly driving my toy a 2007 Pontiac Solstice, NHRA Drag Racing, NASCAR, College Basketball, Internet Surfing, building websites for family and friends, obviously I have a Jetboat (a twin engine Yamaha) and love playing with our dog, Bailey.

I have been in and out of Cigars since I was first in college in Tampa. Just back into them and for the first time trying to really learn about them. My son got me interested again after he went to work in a law firm where one of the partners smokes em.

Have really enjoyed learning in here and meeting a couple of people.

No, I retired from them as I was accepted in the State Law Enforcement retirement club.

I now have a job that requires me to work 35 hours a week, nights, holidays and weekends off and pay nothing for medical.
Like I stepped into retirement for sure!

here goes....

I'm 26 and didn't read all the pages, I started but couldn't get through it, maybe I suffer from attention def.......what was I saying?? Ohh well. I currently live in the New York Metro area, but lived in Maryland for 3 years before this while working on my degree in Physics.

I started smoking cigars after a friend asked me to help him build a humidor. Two years later he moved to germany and gave it to me, FULL OF HABANO'S! Some friend eh.

I am hoplessly trying to find work in the financial world and when not smoking I do automotive machine work in my spare time and playpoker. I love drag racing and all things NHRA, and am constantly rebuilding something. Right now I am building a '73 Cuda, before that a '67 Mustang fastback.

The reason I joined the forums is because I refuse to be an uninformed consumer and be... :stickbeat

One more thing I am by far the worst speller EVER! So be gentle.

I skimmed all the pages in this thread :halfgrinw

Well, I`ll hit the big 5-0 this Fall and I still have all my teeth and at least half of my wits. Married 23+ years to a woman who likes the aroma of pipe and cigar smoke. 4 kids - boy 22, girl 21, boy 21 (yep, twins) and girl 16.

I`m a lifelong Ohio resident - did a 4 year stint in the Air Force - spent a few years crafting fancy boots from the skins of endangered species - spent a few months making footballs - and have frittered away the last 20+ years being paid by a transplant Japanese auto maker to walk around looking busy.

My interests include:
Pursuing the perfect barbequed brisket
Woodworking
Leatherworking
Naval Architecture (love boats - hope to retire on one)
Reading (mostly non-fiction)
Burning tobacco

Started off as a kid smoking cheap, drugstore cigars. Discovered handmades in my mid-twenties and have smoked them as often as finances have allowed. It`s taken me this long to finally get serious about the subject.

I`ve learned plenty here already. Seems to be a great bunch of folks.

OK here goes,
I am 32 years old married for 5 with 3 yr old boy and a 3 year old girl, not twins, but less than a year apart, and we are in the 3 week period between there b'days. The girlis older.

I was in the Morgage industry for 10 years until this recent real estate crash put 900 people in my company out of work. I was a Wholesale sales manger there was making a killling.....then nothing all in one week. Good thing I saved some.
I now work for a debt settlement compnay and we help people avoid bankruptcy by negotiating thier credit card debt 40-60 % lower than they currently owe. This destroys thier credit, but not near as bad as a BK.

My other hobbies include Body Boarding, spots like the Wedge, Salt Creek and Trestles, and 10th St in Laguna are my favorites. The power of a big shorebreak barrel is my drug of choice.
When the waves are not pumping, I also enjoy Downhill skateboarding, my top speed on my newest board is roughly 55MPH, ( got scared on that one). It doesn't become fun until you reach speeds that are faster than you can run off the board. Meaning if things get scetchy you can't just step off the board. No room for the faint of heart here. Here is a link to the board I ride now. Anyone up for an afternoon hill decent?

Someday I'll make that collerdor I've been wanting. Have a great day.
