What is this wet stuff falling out of the sky? I'm afraid it might shatter my brown grass if it falls to hard.

I hear you Bro,being on well water makes one super sensitive to these issues...

Same here...well concerns.

I couldn't care less about the grass. We live on 6 acres and about half of it is mowable so I'm loving life when it turns brown.

I live in a desert with a shitload of sprinklers. I'm not expecting rain for 2-3 months. Everything is green year round, as long as the sprinklers work.

I know why y'all don't have any rain; it's because we got it all!

We've gotten nearly our entire annual rainfall in just the first 6 months of the year. It's August and we still haven't hit 100 degrees yet (that's a huge shock), all the area lakes are overflowing, we're on the verge of breaking a rainfall record (highest since 1928)...and at my house we haven't watered our lush green lawn at all this year!

This summer has absolutely ROCKED here in Texas; the best one I can remember in years, even if it did feel like Seattle for a few months. LOL!

Hit over 100 here today too. We could sure use some rain.

My air conditioner was broken last night, so that was pretty painful. Darn weather.

You guys can have all the rain. I am just being able to cut my year after a month due to all the dang rain we have had this summer. So far we are going on a FULL week no rain and my property is just hard enough to drive on with the John Deere.

Hit 100 here today.
With nasty humidity. Stupid heat warnings are in effect which means I have to keep the kids indoors more than usual. :crosseyed This also means I haven't been able to have a cigar since we left the RTDA. I mean, I like cigars, but not enough to sit outside and and melt for 1-2 hours. I just haven't built up that dedication yet. :glassesgr
