Red Dawn

I know this movie can be kind of cheesy but growing up I loved this movie. I remember re-enacting the scenes with my friends. I still watch this movie occasionally. I found this website http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Dawn
it is interesting because it provides some background on the storyline for the movie. I was talking to some guys at work one day and they had never seen it, so I let them borrow the dvd and they thought it was an interesting movie.

Very good movie indeed. Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, Apocalypse Now jump to mind as my favorites. Tora, Tora, Tora and The Guns of Navarone are classics as well.

Now those are some fond memories. I love this movie. Like Tyler, my dad and granddad made me drink deer's blood when I killed my first deer. Something about setting the deer's spirit free. This movie made it much easier to stomach, but deer's blood would not be my first choice of mixers.
