Had a Torano Casa Torano Maduro Robusto that had a tight draw. Knew that going into it so i smoked it while chopping wood. Didnt' expect much, didn't get much.

Also smoked an unknown i got on trade from Tegu. I thinnk it was a Nic puro, or so he thought too. It was tastey. Had some pepinesque flavor to it. Medium bodied, smooth, excellent butn. Loved it. I'd definitely buy more if only iknew what it was.

That was a Nicaraguan 2000 or 3000 series from Famous Smokes (pretty sure that one was a 2000), I found they were pretty good After I let them sit a few months, good yard cigar, they came free with a box I purchased, I have since ordered another bundle.

Yesterday I smoked a padron 3000, and a Pepin Black figurado.

Just finished one of the new Casa Royale (Pepin blend from Holts).

Not so sure on these yet. Probably the mildest and un-Pepiniest Pepins so far. Not bad, but very different.

It's enjoyable, but I think it could use about 6 months to really hit it's stride. I'll let these sit for a few months.

I had a Padilla obsidian. Not a fan of the burn at all. It was a miserable smoke. I bet it would have had a nice taste if it didn't burn like crap. I think I just got a dud.
