The details are: it's in the same company, CertainTeed Building Materials, but I'm finished with product support and now I'll be doing pricing and finance/accounting stuff. I used to answer about 80 technical and general calls a day about every single product that the company makes! It's was too much, I hated the call center environment. My background is in finance/acctg so I'm glad to get back into the field that I want a career of! My previous job, I took b/c my position prior to the call center was down-sized in the same company and the call center job was the only way to stay within the Co. Needless, to say, customer support/marketing aren't my things! Now, I gave you guys too much detail!! lol
