Hello,
I am 54, live in Wisconsin and love the occasional cigar. My avitar is actually an ultralight (motorized hang glider) mounted on a Volkswagon. Years ago I used this to teach people how to fly them. There is a plywood platform on top and the ultralight was attached with bungee cords. It "flew" at 17mph so someone would drive and the student in the ultralight would get a sense of how the rudders and stick worked. And no, I did not drive it on public roads
