Hi! I enjoy cigars, but don't know too much about them or what type to buy. Went to Lake Tahoe this past weekend walked into a cigar shop in one of the casinos, but had no idea what to pick. So, basically I bought my first cigar this weekend. It was a Camacho it was about $23 bucks. It was ok but I wish I knew more about them and what one's are better than others. I would appericate any tips or suggestions that you may have for me would be great. :ccowboy::cbig:

Well, first off. Welcome to the forum and second, you should start reading CC reviews and NC reviews. You can give your self an idea there. Don't worry, you've came to the right place.

Enjoy!

Great start to read some reviews and then head back to a local shop and ask for some mild to strong cigars to try. Then take them back and smoke them in order from mild to strong and get a feel for what you might like or not like. Keep a list of ones you do like and then go back and ask for more diffrent ones in that type of of cigar. Just keep trying as many as you can and enjoy!

And Welcome to BOTL!

Welcome to the site. There is plenty of material out there to read and study. TONS. That's what I spend most of my time doing. ( Well that, and living on BOTL!)

Welcome I too am new to the WOC and I got a great piece of advice from one of the members...get a small notebook and take notes on the cigars you smoke, any particulars you like and even have a section on cigars you want to try based on reviews. You will definitely see a trend and it will help narrow the focus for your purchases.
