Wedding Day Count Down

Today marks the 30 day mark.

Yes, I get married in 30 days to my friend of over 6 years and GF of over 4 years.

When we first met she was my art director in a small design firm in DC. We both left there and she became an art director for an education company in reston and I became an assistant art director for an association in alexandria.

We bought a house together about 4.5 years ago and got a dog named whiskey about 2 years ago.

Gotta love her. She pushes me to do the things I like, for instance she'll buy me days at the track to drive my car and says I should get out there more. She pushes me to go snowboarding and skateboarding as often as possible because she knows how much a part of my life it is. She pushes me in my art and everyday activities (the trash, cleaning the bathroom, fixing the plumbing, painting the walls, etc :wink. Also, she doesn't care if I smoke a cigar. I'm sure I'm missing some other stuff but there are just too many things to list. Trust me, she's a keeper and...

I think I made the right choice.

Last weekend was the Bachelor party. I think I'm still recovering.

We all went go karting for the first part of the day at all sport GP.
Then entertainment in DC. I was hoping to pick up a box of smokes when I met Pete this weekend at drapers but the bachelor party ended up being the week before I could meet him. So, I bought a box of Verocu #9's from holts to share with my friends. The part that sux is I was hoping to get some blacks with the box purchase when I met Pete, oh well.

The evening was great! but all I can say is what Karina wants me to tell her...I went fishing

I see you live in Silver Spring. Did you know that a few years ago Friendship Village, which is either within or near Silver Spring, attempted to outlaw smoking anywhere, or nearly anywhere, in the village limits? The law was overthrown by the courts as beyond the scope of legislation permitted to a village of that class.
