Cigar Cowboy

My name is Michael. I am from the Austin, Texas area and relocated to Cali about 20 years ago. I enjoy fine dining, fine beers and fine cigars. I love sports - my teams are the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Angeles of Anaheim. I don't follow hockey too close, but I do like going to a Ducks or a Kings game every once in a while.
I competed in PRCA ProRodeo for many years in an event called Team Roping. I love to work cattle and rope. I am a cowboy, but I hate pop country music (Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney). I listen to Americana Music (Robert Earl Keen, Lyle Lovett, Charlie Robison) and Classic Rock (Rolling Stones, The Faces, even the Clash).
My favorite cigars are the Padron series 1926 40th, the Arturo Fuente Hemingway series, The Cuban - Montecristo #2, and a Cuban - La Gloria Cubana Salomon(that I can not find anymore). I have also been smoking a lot of Padillas (Maimi, Series '68, Signature 1932, Series 1948) because I have been able to get some great prices on them lately.
My favorite beers are The Lost Abby's Angel's Share, Chimay Blue Grand Reserve, Trappist Westvleteren 12, Firestone Walker Reserve and the easy to find Guinness Stout.
My favorite Scotch is The Macallan or The Glenlivet
A perfect day is a round of golf followed by an ocean view, a Padron series 1926 40th, a glass of 25yr old Macallan and an ice cold Angel's Share.
