So tonight I asked the girl of my dreams to marry me. Dana of course said yes. After a little more than three years together & a baby on the way I think it was about time. I was waiting when she got home from work with flowers & candles. I covered the table in roses & rose petals. Played our song, "Can't Help Falling In Love With You", by Elvis. I had a ring box on the table & told her to open it. When she did she found a paper. I told her it was an i.o.u. It actually was a poem that I wrote for her. She started to cry & when she was done reading I was down on my knee with the ring.
I'm not exactly the most romantic guy in the world. But I had to do this one right. She said it was perfect & I even wore a nice sweater, lol.

Be careful not to set precedent there......congrats...may years of happiness to you and your betrothed
