Today I became the 3rd Cigar Rights of America Ambassador

Well guys I'm now the 84th CRA Ambassador and the third in Texas. I use to be ashamed to say I was a cigar smoker in my academic department mostly because our field is a big advocate of optimal health and performance.

I also work a lot with cancer prevention and micro-circulation. Anyways I figured if I feel this way there must be tons of other health/medical researchers out there that need to just stand up and say I'm a cigar smoker and make a stand.

It's for this reason I decided to make myself a poster child and support a great organization like CRA.

I encourage those of you who haven't joined Cigar Rights of American to sign up when you get a chance. Currently for those of you who do sign up they are giving out 2 free cigars.
