So, today go to the dentist to get my two left wisdom teeth pulled out.

Top one: No problem, didn't take more than 10 minutes but the...
Bottom one: More than an hour. It was growing sideways, towards the molar in front of it so, the doc had to cut the gum to see what up, and then he noticed that it was growing right under the front molar cap. The doc sliced my wisdom tooth to take out the cap first so that then he can take out the rest. Oh, surprise! In the middle of the whole thing he wanted to take out another x-ray of my tooth. Blood here, blood there. I almost throw up. Etc...

So, finally he's able to see what was the real deal and... my wisdom tooth was on an angle so after that, he started working on it. I started crying because of the pressure i was feeling when he started taking it out. When he finally pulled it out i cried even more.

He just told me to cry it out. And I did. When i was done, he sewed me up.

Currently: I have an ice bag next to me and i am having an IcePop :) but it still hurts

Yeah get knocked out! My daughter had the same issue a few weeks ago and they took all 4 out at the same time but she was out cold the whole time. No need to be awake for that! Get better soon!

Damn sorry to hear that kid, never had a problem with my wisdom teeth in fact I still have them but I'd have to agree with the consensus that you probably were better off getting knocked out. Feel better.

That does suck. I had two of mine taken out and I was definitely awake for the experience. It is absolutely miserable. I asked to be knocked out but he couldn't for some reason, I don't remember why now.

Hmmmm, you may want to rephrase that...

I have to get mine out within the next month or so doesnt sound fun.
I thought it was gonna be just fine. Everyone told me it didn't hurt... guess not with me. I did have my tooth on a strange angle.

Hope he gave you some strong meds after that fiasco!
One, I assume, is so strong that i've puked it every time I take it.

Good doc you've got. The bad thing is that i can't have any meds that may have Penicillin, i'm allergic to it.
