THe Ham roast is finished & falling off the bone - now just to stay away from it till lunch... Keeping it simple this year & gonna have a home-made mac & cheese with.

Happy Easter everyone! Going to St Johns, IN today for some family gathering on the wifes side... Her uncle is a fairly talented chef, well at least he prides himself to be, lol! He does put some decent grub together and it is more than just edible. I shall enjoy but most of all I think the weather will be nice to watch mine and all the kids playing out by the pond. The Easter bunny brought some cute bunny ears for my kids to wear so I'm hoping to get a nice pic with them in the ears for future bribes, lmao! I will be bringing a number of stix and one of them being a nice casa fuente lancero, hopefully I'll actually get to smoke it! Enjoy your day everyone!

Today ham, 3-cheese potatoes, green beans with almonds, onions and what ever else the wify adds to them and Easter bread (recipe passed down from Grandmama) . Tonights cigar will be a PAM Exclusivo with my best friend down in Florida via phone herf. He will be smoking the same stick. Libations to be determined.
