I have never had one and as I understand it they are more rare then regular opus and cost more. Thinking about trying to get one but are they worth the extra $ and how are they different in taste?

As with the Forbidden and Lost City (and limiteds in general), it's hard to say whether they are "worth" more as they are all subjective. There is a price that they should cost, for many it won't be worth it.

Never had one, not particularly out to get one either :dunno:. Doesn't mean I wouldn't smoke one if I got a good deal.

I have a few Forbidden Xs that I've kept in the oven for a few years, but haven't smoked them yet. I really can't say. I've smoked a few Lost City's. I recommend at least trying them once, however they don't match the Opus in Strength. Definitely Opus over L.C.

Now, the Don Carlos Edicion de Annivesarios are a definite step up from the regular Opus.

I bought the 2008 Journey To Chateau De La Fuente Box. I know it was a Lost City- I'm not sure which one though. I'll have to check in a bit.

I've enjoied the few I have have smoked, and would tihnk they are worth the dough. of course, as they are expensive, they do not have a spot in my regular rotation.

I have the one from the CRA pack 2 but I haven't smoked it. I choose not to buy into the fuente hype. Obviously,... I buy into the tatuaje hype, haha.

Never smoked one.

I more interested in the 5 who said don't want to try one? Is it the price?

never tried one. I don't necessarily want to try one, but I don't not want to try one. I'd try it if it came my way, so I didn't select an asnwer.

I've only had a few Opus X, but have loved the ones I've had. I have one Forbidden X ... I'll probably light it up within the year.

There used to be a reference site out there on all the Fuente stuff and I could have swore I read that the Forbidden X is the exact same as the regular Opus X stuff.
