It's not that. First of all, I wasn't puffing when Viaje released them, so I missed out on the DC and I LOVE that size vitola and reviews I have read. That, in and of itself, is a bummer. Second, to me, the shorter/stout sizes fit the flavor and the whole S&Bs motiff better than the lancero.
I do like the NHC Reserva and Cubao # 3s. Those are the only lanceros I've smoked and both were very good cigars.

Let me qualify. Dan at NHC is charging $11 a stick. I tried him first due to being an Oh boy!
I'm so excited for this release. I'd be happy with pretty much any vitola so long as it's not a lancero.
Maybe since we're looking at a price increase from the last release, we could expect something a bit larger than last time?
